        • Coupons are valid for use only between Monday, November 20, 2023 and Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
        • WELCOME! KitaQ coupons are valid for five days within the above period after answering a survey on the campaign website.
          Please note that all coupons obtained after Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024 will expire on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024.
        • WELCOME! KitaQ coupons cannot be used after the validity period has expired.
        • Coupon volumes are limited, and are available while stocks last.
        • WELCOME! KitaQ coupons can only be used at participating stores, restaurants, and facilities.
        • Please scan the QR code displayed at participating stores, restaurants, and facilities.
        • Each coupon can be used to a value of 5000 yen.
        • Refunds and product returns are not available.
        • Change will not be given upon use.
        • WELCOME! KitaQ coupons may not be lent or transferred (including exchange or resale) to a third party, nor received from a third party.
        • No refunds are available for WELCOME! KitaQ coupons.
        • WELCOME! KitaQ coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
        • All mobile phone (such as smartphone) data and connection fees incurred relating to the usage of WELCOME! KitaQ coupons are borne by the user.
        • WELCOME! KitaQ coupons cannot be reissued in the event of loss or theft of a mobile phone. The Welcome to Kitakyushu! Campaign Bureau will also bear no responsibility in that event.
        • If the user suffers losses caused by circumstances under their control, such as mistaken input, technical problems with their device, or double payment after settlement is complete, the Bureau shall bear no obligation unless the reasons are attributable to the Bureau.
        • WELCOME! KitaQ coupons may not be available for use at certain dates or times depending on the facility or attraction concerned. Please always phone ahead to check before using WELCOME! KitaQ coupons.
        • The Bureau may vary coupon specifications as it sees fit, such as for system and app upgrades related to WELCOME! KitaQ coupons. In that event, it shall be presumed that the user has a device compatible with the revised specifications.
        • Usage of coupons requires a smartphone meeting the following minimum conditions:
          • ・ Satisfying the minimum operating system version recommended by the Bureau
          • ・ Being connected to the internet
          • ・ Having camera functions to read QR codes
        • We recommend the following specifications for using WELCOME! KitaQ coupons.
          • ・ iPhone: iOS 11 or newer + Safari (browser)
          • ・ Android: Android 7 or newer + Chrome (browser)
          (System operation is not guaranteed in environments other than the above. Usage may be unavailable, or issues may occur)
        • The Bureau or WELCOME! KitaQ coupons participating stores may, without notice to users, suspend or discontinue all or some of the WELCOME! KitaQ coupons if either determines that any of the following situations have occurred. In this event, users will not be able to access all or some of the WELCOME! KitaQ coupons.
          • 1. If this service cannot be provided due to natural disaster, power outages, system problems, or communication network problems.
          • 2. If it is necessary to suspend operations of the service system for system maintenance or upgrades.
          • 3. If it is suspected that this service has been used in a criminal manner.
          • 4. If other unavoidable circumstances have occurred. In addition, the Bureau will bear no liability whatsoever for any damages suffered by users due to the suspension or discontinuation of all or some of the WELCOME! KitaQ coupons based on the above.
        • If the Bureau or WELCOME! KitaQ coupons participating stores determine that any of the following apply to a user, they may, without prior notice to users, temporarily suspend or discontinue use by the user concerned. In that case, the user will be unable to carry out transactions with WELCOME! KitaQ coupons. Their WELCOME! KitaQ coupons balance will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.
          • (1) The user has or is suspected of having violated these cautionary notes.
          • (2) The user has obtained WELCOME! KitaQ coupons in an illegal or unauthorized manner, or is suspected of doing so
          • (3) The user is, based on inquiry of their WELCOME! KitaQ coupons usage status, not fit to be a user.
          • (4) A misrepresentation is discovered in their application to obtain WELCOME! KitaQ coupons.
